

Casita IK is Mayan for "Wind" and Casita HA is Mayan for "Water"

The beach front Casita's of Nah Uxibal sit on a sandy white beach at the edge of Soliman Bay. The rental accomodations are simple yet well built and tastefully decorated. Both casitas are identical with an open, airy floor plan. Casa IK (Mayan for wind) has a open view of Soliman Bay while Casa HA (Mayan for water) sits behind the wild grape and has more privacy. Solid mahogany windows allow you to control the amount of breeze of the bay and privacy you would like. Round tiled decks face Soliman Bay and the ocean to enjoy a sunrise or to relax and have a drink.

Just inside is a fully equipped kitchen with polished granite countertops and bar. On the opposite side is a round teakwood table that seats four. Separated from the kitchen by a half wall and two steps up is the sleeping area. The king size mattress is of high quality and comfortable. A ceiling fan sits above the bed, the dinning table and in the kitchen area, for extra cooling. The bathroom is covered in colorful talavera tiles, and through another door is the large open air shower, don't worry, only the plants can see you.

Casita's Amenities include: a Stereo/CD Player, Ethernet LAN for your laptop, Full Kitchen, Full Sized Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, Wireless Internet, Gas Grill in the BBQ Area near the pool, Shade Palapas, Lounge Chairs, Kayaks and drinking water. The linens provided are changed every three days.
